Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager in Austin, Texas. This full-time role involves leading day-to-day hospital operations so the medical team can focus on delivering high-quality veterinary care and developing associates within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates and evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital and support daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
