Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent veterinary practice management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own hospital-level financial and operational results and report to Regional Manager.
• Manage all hospital operations to ensure high-quality patient care and client service.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and budget alignment with KPIs and P&L.
• Coordinate accounts payable and liaise with bookkeeper.
• Develop staff and doctor schedules to balance patient flow and workload.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members across departments.
• Foster a positive, engaged culture aligned with company values.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
