Job summary

Truesdell Animal Care Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Practice Manager to lead operations, grow the hospital, and foster a culture where veterinarians and staff can deliver outstanding animal care. The role offers a salary of $75,000–$95,000 per year, a performance-based annual bonus up to 15%, and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
• Previous managerial experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings.
• Experience with practice management systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own hospital growth: set the vision, make decisions, and deliver outcomes.
• Collaborate with Partner Doctor on growth, goals, and obstacles.
• Unlock team potential by recruiting and developing staff.
• Champion the client experience from first call to follow-up.
• Lead day-to-day operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities.
• Drive financial performance: manage P&L and implement profitability strategies.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
