Pine Grove Animal Hospital is part of Thrive Pet Healthcare in Parker, CO. Thrive is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead operations, staff development, budgeting, and client service.

The PM will oversee hiring, training, and performance, coordinate with leadership on finances, fees, and KPIs, and ensure inventory control and software systems are well managed. Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• Required: 3+ years of hospital management or supervisory experience in Veterinary Medicine.
• Bachelor's degree in business and/or equivalent business experience.
• CVPM encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the hospital's business activities, including hiring and training staff.
• Manages budgets in coordination with leadership and finance.
• Monitors key performance indicators and sets fees.
• Maintains inventory and inventory control systems.
• Manages hospital software and safety procedures.
