Job summary

Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager for Pine Grove Animal Hospital in Parker, CO. You will lead hospital operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, and enhance client services while fostering a positive culture aligned with our values.

The PM will oversee hiring, training, KPI analysis, inventory control, hospital software, and safety procedures, with compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospital management or supervisory experience in Veterinary Medicine.
• Bachelor's degree in business and/or equivalent experience.
• CVPM encouraged to apply.
• Strong decision-making and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead, manage and coach staff at all levels.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Empathy toward clients and compassionate animal care.
• Budgeting and financial reporting, incl. P&L analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to outstanding client service.
• Solid math and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train hospital staff; oversee daily operations.
• Work with leadership and finance to prepare and manage budgets.
