Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze various data sources to establish priorities and implement operational programs.
• Capable of leading, managing, and coaching staff at all levels.
• Demonstrated budgeting and financial reporting skills, including reading a P&L statement.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; VGPs EQ and Commando Conversation seminars preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital's business activities, including hiring and training staff.
• Collaborate with Pathway finance to prepare and manage budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Set fees, manage inventory, and ensure hospital software operates smoothly.
• Implement safety and security procedures; ensure financial controls and reporting systems are in place.
• Support hospital projects in marketing, community outreach, and staff recognition.
