• Management experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary medicine terminology and how to run a veterinary hospital.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all office administration procedures.
• Order and manage inventory; coordinate staff schedules.
• Train staff; resolve conflicts among office staff.
• Answer clients' questions about policies, appointments, and costs.
• Recruit/hire/onboard staff; set salaries and job descriptions.
• Establish inventory control; liaise with vendors.
• Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide exceptional client service and leadership.
