Overview:
Grandview Animal Hospital in Grandview, Missouri is seeking an experienced and driven Practice Managerto lead daily operations, support our clinical team, and foster a positive, high-performing culture. This is ahands-on leadership rolewith the expectation tosupport on the floor as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional client and patient care

Lead, develop, and mentor a team of veterinary professionals

Collaborate with medical leadership to support high-quality medicine

Provide hands-on support on the floor

Manage inventory, scheduling, and workflow efficiency

Track financial performance and clinic KPIs

Recruit, train, and retain top talent

Qualifications:

2+ years of leadership or management experience in veterinary, healthcare, or customer service

Veterinary technician experiencepreferred
