Cainhoy Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. The ideal candidate will bring solid veterinary industry experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of care for the animals we serve.

This role emphasizes staff development, process improvement, and exceptional client service.

Formación

• Prior management experience in a veterinary setting.
• Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system EzyVet.

Veterinary Practice Manager

Cainhoy Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing the clinicsoperations, you’ll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the clincand the well-being of the animals we care for.

What to Expect

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, determined by the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.

Schedule: This is a full time position. Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
