Zoetis Veterinary Medicine Research and Development in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a Veterinary Pathologist to lead pathology activities across GLP and non-GLP studies, and to support translational science in animal health products.

You will work with toxicologists, clinicians, and study teams to design in vivo studies, interpret findings, and contribute to regulatory submissions while mentoring staff and interns. This role balances hands-on pathology with strategic leadership.

Competenze

• DVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary school, or international equivalent.
• Board certification by ACVP/ECVP or equivalent recognized veterinary pathology board.
• 3+ years of veterinary pathology experience, ideally in an industry setting.

Mansioni

• Lead pathology activities across GLP and non-GLP studies; oversee necropsy and histopathology evaluations.
• Collaborate with toxicologists, clinicians, pharmacokineticists, study directors, and project teams to design and interpret in vivo studies.
• Provide expert pathology evaluations for pharmacovigilance activities and safety monitoring.
• Contribute to mode-of-action studies, translational science, and regulatory submissions.
