Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS) in Buzzards Bay, MA is seeking an experienced Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Technician for overnight shifts. Join a dedicated ECC team providing high‑quality, compassionate care for critically ill or injured animals.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with a competitive hourly wage, overnight differential after 10 PM, and extensive benefits. This is a chance to advance skills in a fast-paced specialty hospital environment, day or night.

Competenze

• Credentialed technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or eligibility within 6 months.
• Minimum 2 years of ECC or emergency nursing experience.
• RECOVER certification or interest in obtaining certification.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our ECC nursing team, you’ll be integral to managing critically ill or injured patients through every step of their care. You will:

• Perform emergency triage and obtain vitals
• Assist in stabilization and intensive care procedures
• Administer treatments, medications, and fluid therapy
• Monitor pain, vitals, and clinical trends in real‑time
• Assist in anesthesia and emergency surgical prep
• Communicate directly with doctors, support teams, and families
• Use advanced EMR systems for efficient and accurate patient tracking

What We Offer

• Competitive pay: $22-$32
  • Most new hires can expect an offer based on experience, expertise, and alignment with comparable positions within the hospital, typically between the minimum and the midpoint of the range.
• Overnight shift differential beginning after 10 PM
• Full-time schedule is 4 shifts on, 3 days off with a holiday shift rotation
• Part time schedule varies (up to 29 hours/week)
