About this role…

To succeed as an ECC Veterinarian at CCVS, you will be able to

  • Efficiently triage, stabilize, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Ensure proactive client communication and exceptional medical treatment.
  • Cultivate a consistently positive work environment.
  • Engage in proactive collaboration with team members to optimize patient care and promote teamwork.
  • Provide comprehensive education to clients on various injuries, illnesses, and treatment protocols.
  • Proactively cultivate and strengthen client, patient, and referring veterinarian relationships.
About you…

To be considered for this role, you must be a DVM, VMD, or equivalent and be able to obtain licensure in the state of MA. An internship or experience in an emergency setting is required.

We are looking for a veterinarian who can effectively collaborate with diverse teams of colleagues in all capacities throughout the organization. The ideal person should be capable of working in high‑stress situations while maintaining composure, yet should not be afraid to have fun, too. Strong critical thinking skills, high motivation, and a proven passion for continuous education are also required to succeed in this position.   • Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience and schedule, plus eligibility for a pooled production bonus program.
