Snout is seeking a Veterinary Onboarding Specialist to lead the onboarding of veterinary clinics into our wellness plan platform from our Troy, MI office. You will coordinate data, plan design, timelines, and integrations while maintaining strong relationships with clinic teams.

This in-person role demands organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication as you translate clinic workflows into effective wellness plans and ensure a smooth go-live process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in-clinic veterinary experience, especially in client interactions and invoicing/billing.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The opportunity

Snout is one of the fastest growing wellness plan providers in the veterinary space, trusted by clinics across the USA. We're a small but mighty startup team of <50 passionate people. We're on the hunt for a passionate and relationship-focused Veterinary Onboarding Specialists to join our in person team at our Troy, MI office, Monday through Friday.

The role

In this role, you will own the onboarding process for veterinary clinics as they begin their partnership with Snout. The role will involve managing multiple clinics at once, coordinating data, integrations, plan design, and timelines to ensure every clinic goes live accurately and on schedule. This is a highly detail-driven role that blends relationship management with analytical and operational work, requiring you to keep many moving pieces organized and catch issues before they become problems.

You will work closely with clinic teams to translate how their practice runs into well-built wellness plans. This role is ideal for someone with veterinary clinic experience who wants to move into a more strategic, problem-solving career while staying connected to the industry.

  • $55 000 - $60 000 base salary + bonus plan
