Job summary

Lincoln Heights Animal Hospital is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our reception team and support the hospital’s overall efficiency. You will work closely with veterinarians and staff to maintain exceptional client service and a positive workplace culture.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with experience in supervising front-office operations and HR-like tasks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Office/Practice/Operations management or supervision.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Position Summary
