Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a veterinary clinical setting.
• Veterinary Technician/Assistant Certification preferred.
• Fear Free Certification recommended.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods.
• Strong client communication and education skills.
• Commitment to 7+ CE hours per year (paid).
• Availability for occasional emergency shifts or on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with veterinarians on diagnostics and treatments.
• Deliver clear and compassionate client education.
• Maintain high standards of care, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Engage in practice software and medical record management.
• Train and support team members when needed.
• Perform Client Experience Representative duties as needed.
• Participate in meetings, hospital events, and ongoing learning opportunities.
