Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health in Campbell, CA seeks a board-certified Veterinary Neurologist to join our established specialty team. This full-time role offers access to on-site MRI and CT, a collaborative environment, and a diverse caseload that supports outstanding patient care.

The position features competitive base salary of $250,000–$300,000 based on experience, plus production, sign-on and relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. California licensure eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Veterinary Neurology (DACVIM – Neurology) or residency trained and board eligible.
• DVM or equivalent degree with California licensure eligibility.
• Experience diagnosing complex neurologic cases and managing referrals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex neurologic cases across a diverse referral population.
• Perform comprehensive neurologic examinations and develop diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Utilize on-site MRI and CT to support neurologic workups.
• Collaborate with Surgery, Emergency & Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, Rehabilitation, Oncology, and other specialty teams.
• Mentor technicians and support staff as part of daily case management.
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and ongoing protocol development.
• Help grow and refine the Neurology service in alignment with hospital priorities.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners during complex and emotional medical situations.
