Job summary

IndyVet Emergency and Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis is seeking a Veterinary Neurologist to join as a second neurologist and help grow the Neurology service alongside a fellow specialist.

You will collaborate with a team of ER clinicians and specialists, utilize on-site MRI and a comprehensive support staff, and contribute to teaching and knowledge sharing while delivering advanced care to complex neurological patients.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with Indiana licensure eligibility.
• Board Certification in Veterinary Neurology or residency training in Neurology.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills for complex neurological cases.
• Excellent communication and collaborative, client-centered approach.
• Commitment to patient care, compassionate client service, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced neurological care and manage complex patients.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of neurological conditions with the Neurology team.
• Help grow IndyVet’s Neurology service alongside the existing Neurologist.
• Collaborate with specialists and ER clinicians through daily case discussions.
• Utilize advanced diagnostics, including on-site MRI, to support workups.
• Mentor technicians and staff as part of case management.
