Qualifications

• DVM degree and valid Texas license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of practical clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop the DVM team through coaching and performance discussions.

• Partner with Practice Manager to meet EBITDA goals and compliance.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings and supervision of externships.
• Serve as ambassador for the hospital and Mission Pet Health in the community.
