Job summary

North Dallas Veterinary Hospital in Dallas, TX seeks a Medical Lead Veterinarian to mentor a team of DVMs, drive clinical excellence, and partner with management to grow the hospital's services. You will balance leadership duties with practicing as an associate veterinarian, maintaining production goals and high standards of patient care.

You will guide monthly doctor meetings, oversee externships, and champion recruitment while engaging with the local community to promote veterinary medicine

Qualifications

• Required Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and state license.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
