You will lead monthly doctor meetings, oversee clinical training, and champion client service, compliance, and education, while advancing your own surgical and diagnostic skills in a modern AAHA-accredited practice.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and active state licensure.
• Minimum of 4 years clinical veterinary experience.
• Servant leadership mindset with focus on values and collaboration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of hospital financials and operations.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor all associate veterinarians and drive performance.
• Model medical excellence while practicing as an associate.
• Partner with Practice Manager to meet operating and EBITDA goals.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings and clinical growth initiatives.
• Act as ambassador for the hospital in the community.
