Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent eligible for TN licensure.
• Ideally 2+ years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor your veterinary team.
• Influence hiring decisions and develop hospital culture.
• Help select equipment and technology investments.
