You will drive clinical excellence, mentor staff, and guide surgical, dental, diagnostic services, while partnering with leadership to shape the hospital’s medical direction.

The role combines clinical medicine with leadership and team development in a community-focused setting, leveraging Thrive's resources and support for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License in good standing before start date.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospital's medical direction, shaping clinical strategy and standards.
• Provide mentorship, build the team, and expand diagnostic and surgical capabilities.
• Oversee surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and high-quality patient care.
