Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in North Carolina.
• Commitment to high standard of veterinary medicine and ethics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to delegate, lead, and motivate staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee surgical and medical cases across doctors to ensure positive outcomes and clear client communication.
• Provide oversight of medical standards, quality of care, and inventory management.
• Lead recruitment and mentoring of staff; monitor performance and CE/licensure tracking.
• Drive hospital growth, manage expenses, and assist in annual planning and budgeting.
• Support client education, service expansion, and community involvement.
