Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a full-time Veterinarian, Medical Director to join All Valley Pet Clinic in Boise, Idaho. You will be the clinical leader, setting medical standards, mentoring DVMs, and partnering with hospital leadership to maintain high patient care and Thrive’s Core Values.

Competenze

• DVM or VMD required; valid state veterinary license.
• Active DEA license or eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of veterinary practice experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.

• Strong medical ethics and clinical reasoning.
