Reynolds Road Animal Hospital in Toledo, OH is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director to lead our three-doctor practice toward clinical excellence and growth. This role blends hands-on medicine with strategic leadership to inspire the team and uphold outstanding patient care and client service.

The Medical Director will advance medical standards, mentor veterinarians, and collaborate with hospital leadership on staffing, onboarding, and growth initiatives that sustain our community reputation.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school.
• Ohio veterinary license or eligibility.
• Strong interest in small animal medicine and surgery.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of veterinary leadership experience.
• Strong surgical skills; orthopedic experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success mentoring and developing veterinary teams.
