Qualifications

• DVM or VMD with valid state license required.
• 3–5+ years veterinary practice experience.
• Strong communication and client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality progressive veterinary care and medical standards.
• Set medical policies and ensure team collaboration.
• Budget for new equipment and assess ROI.
• Direct patient care and ensure clear client communication.
• Coach DVMs and monitor performance and production.
• Lead interviews for potential veterinarians and mentor staff.
