Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop veterinarians, technicians, and support staff; foster an efficient, positive, and compliant clinical environment.
• Partner with practice management on scheduling, workflow optimization, budgeting, quality metrics, and hospital performance.
• Guide client service standards, team communication, and hospital meetings; help resolve escalated client concerns.
• Deliver high-quality medical care, including comprehensive wellness exams, vaccinations, microchipping, dental care, routine screenings, and treatment plans.
• Perform surgery as appropriate and within established protocols using standard medical instruments.
• Champion preventive medicine and wellness membership plans; utilize digital tools for records and client communications.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to all regulatory and hospital policies.
