Qualifications

  • DVM / VMD from an accredited institution.
  • Georgia license to practice, or eligibility to obtain.
  • DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Proven general practice experience, including dentistry and routine soft‑tissue surgery.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and team‑building skills.
  • Comfort working in a client‑facing, retail‑adjacent clinical setting with drop‑off workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop veterinarians and paraprofessional teams to deliver high‑quality care and client service.
  • Partner with practice leadership on scheduling, workflow, safety and operational efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive general practice care, including wellness exams, dentistry, routine soft‑tissue surgery, and on‑site diagnostics.
