Truss Vet - Veterinary Urgent Care seeks a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing to lead client/patient acquisition and urgent care awareness. You will manage a growing team, own the HQ budget, and drive digital marketing execution across paid search, social, analytics, and reporting.

You will build out the marketing function from the ground up, aligning efforts with clinic capacity and expansion plans in NC, SC, and future markets while delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Marketing leaders or senior marketers from healthcare, SaaS, or veterinary/pet health companies with 10+ years of marketing experience.
• Direct experience managing paid search and social advertising campaigns at scale.
• Built marketing functions from the ground up in growth-stage companies.
• Experienced marketing operators comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.

• Develop and execute a data-driven annual marketing strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Define KPIs for patient acquisition, awareness, reach, and cost per acquisition; track performance.
• Analyze market penetration and expansion opportunities.
• Identify high ROI channels for patient acquisition.
• Translate strategy into quarterly plans and roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop the Marketing Coordinator.
• Oversee HQ marketing budget and clinic-level spend.
• Generate monthly performance overviews for clinic leadership.
