Job summary

Truss Veterinary Alliance, LLC, based in Durham, NC, seeks a Director of Marketing to lead data-driven patient acquisition and urgent care awareness. You will manage a growing marketing team, oversee the HQ budget, and drive digital strategy across paid search, social, analytics, and reporting.

You will build out the marketing function for a veterinary urgent care network, aligning brand messaging with clinic capacity and partnerships while reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Experience building data-driven marketing strategies for multi-location businesses.
• Ability to drive patient/clinic acquisition through paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid search, social, and analytics across locations.
• Lead the creation of quarterly and annual marketing plans with KPI benchmarks.
• Mentor the Marketing Coordinator and align HQ vs. clinic marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute a brand/content strategy for urgent care messaging.
• Provide budget oversight and reporting to leadership.
