Job summary

Qualifications

• You possess a High School diploma or equivalent; a science degree is preferred.
• It is beneficial if you have RVT/LVT/CVT or MLT/MT background.
• You have experience setting up, running, and reading lab tests with lab equipment.
• You bring a positive attitude and strong teamwork in the lab.
• You can meet the physical requirements of standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Use automated analyzers, microscopes and tools to perform analyses diagnosing animal illnesses.
• Perform diagnostic tests on blood, urine, fecal, or biopsy samples received daily.
• Set up and run lab tests, then read and release results per SOPs.
• Specialize in an assigned department and collaborate with team.
