The role involves assisting with medical and endoscopic procedures, greeting clients, and supporting the care team in a fast-paced hospital environment.

You will work closely with clinicians to prepare medications, explain estimates to clients, and provide compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Assist in medical and endoscopic procedures in Internal Medicine
• Support the Internal Medicine team in patient care
• Prepare medications and discharge directions for clients

Responsibilities

• Calmly and gently approach and handle patients per safety protocols
• Identify abnormal pathology
• Understand hospital estimates and explain them to clients
• Be patient and empathetic to address client concerns
• Educate clients in Internal Medicine and provide exceptional care
• Prepare medications and discharge directions for patients/clients
• Support Internal Medicine team in all care aspects
