Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide a team in a busy hospital, ensuring exceptional client and patient care. You will support the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff, supervise daily operations, and step in as Client Services Coordinator or Veterinary Assistant when needed.

The role requires at least two years of veterinary hospital experience, a high school diploma, and a willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while guiding the team to maximize productivity.
• Assist Practice Manager and COS in supervising staff and ensuring quality medical care.
• Coordinate scheduling to meet client needs and ensure staff engagement.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed.
