Qualificações

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to hospital team members.
• Foster a positive, engaged, collaborative and accountable team culture.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure smooth hospital operations and goals alignment.
• Build relationships with the medical team to support clinical excellence.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention efforts.
• Oversee inventory management and administrative processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and overall patient experience.
• Create an organized, welcoming environment for clients, patients, and staff.
