Mission Pet Health is seeking a Hospital Manager for our Animal Medical Center of Springboro in Ohio. You will lead operations, cultivate a healthy team culture, and drive financial performance while ensuring exceptional client and patient care.

You will recruit, develop, and retain top talent, manage hospital resources, and partner with a nationwide network to access resources and best practices. This role offers growth within a supportive veterinary network and a strong commitment to education

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a P&L and driving results.
• Background in recruiting, interviewing, and building teams.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail required.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
