• 5+ years of experience managing teams and overseeing business operations (budgeting, KPIs, staffing).
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Familiar with marketing, client engagement, and driving business growth.
• Strong communicator—clear, empathetic, and confident across all levels.
• Skilled at juggling priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the veterinary, technical, and client service teams in achieving hospital goals.
• Foster a strong hospital culture focused on quality care and client satisfaction.
• Partner with the Medical Director to develop and implement operational goals and hospital policies.
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and team development, with support from Regional leadership.
• Monitor hospital finances, budgeting, and KPIs to ensure long-term success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging work environment for all team members.
