Bedrock Veterinary Specialists in Cornelius, NC is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead our high-volume, high-complexity referrals team. You will oversee culture, staffing, budgets, and client experience.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, manage the hospital's P&L, labor costs, and inventory, and partner with clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care. This role is on-site with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.
