Role includes leading clinical teams in diagnostic and surgical procedures, managing technology adoption and mentoring staff with paid continued education and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Responsible for hospital leadership and clinical care standards.
• Drive hospital performance with medical and operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency and care quality.
• Lead clinical teams in routine, diagnostic and complex veterinary procedures including radiographs, ultrasounds, dental work and mass removals.
• Adopt cloud-based practice management and imaging tech to deliver high standards of care.
