Thrive Pet Healthcare in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Hospital Administrator to lead a veterinary hospital team, drive patient and client care excellence, and align operations with the practice's values. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, KPI monitoring, pricing, inventory, software management, and safety procedures, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

This role requires veterinary experience and a passion for service delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze various data to establish priorities and initiate operational programs.
• Capable of leading, managing, and coaching staff at all levels.
• Demonstrated competence in budgeting and financial reporting incl. reading a P&L statement.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to outstanding client service.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Veterinary experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital's business activities including hiring and training staff.
• Collaborate with Pathway finance to prepare and manage budgets.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Set fees and manage inventory and inventory control systems.
• Manage hospital software and ensure data integrity.
• Implement safety and security procedures.
• Foster a positive culture built on shared values and direct communication.
• Lead CQI initiatives to improve client service and employee engagement.
