Payson Family Pet Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role you will manage appointments, daily patient flow, multi-line phones, and in-person interactions while providing compassionate service.

We offer a 4/10 schedule with Monday–Friday availability and rotating Saturdays. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour, with full-time or part-time options and a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service/front-desk roles.
• Veterinary reception or healthcare front desk preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check in/out; manage appointments and calendars.
• Answer multi-line phones and assist clients in person.
• Provide information about services and referrals as needed.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
