Sheridan Road Veterinary Clinic is a busy, high-traffic clinic offering diverse veterinary services including dental care, general surgery, mass removals, orthopedic procedures, enucleations, and exploratory surgeries. We operate without on-call doctors, handling walk-ins, emergencies, and approximately 40 patients daily during active hours.

Externs will work closely with Associate Veterinarians to gain experience in patient histories, physical exams, treatment plans, diagnostics, dentistry, surgeries, and medical management. This is a great opportunity to develop clinical and communication skills with the medical team, support staff, and clients.

Externship durations range from two to eight weeks, depending on schedules. All veterinary students are encouraged to participate.
