VEG ER for Pets seeks a Medical Director to lead emergency veterinary teams across VEG hospitals. The role focuses on medical excellence, staff mentorship, and strategic growth within a fast-paced ER environment.

You will guide triage to discharge, uphold VEG's core values, and drive physician collaboration to deliver outstanding care for pets and their families. This is a full-time on-site leadership position with preventive and educational initiatives.

Formación

• DVM/VMD or equivalent degree required.
• 5+ years of traditional 24/7 ER experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership and mentorship experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a noisy environment with strong odors.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain culture through team huddles and recognition.
• Lead team meetings with a focus on medical quality and staff well-being.
• Recruitment strategy and succession planning for doctors in collaboration with talent partners.
• Partner with market owner to implement marketing strategy for the VEG hospital.
• Create and maintain doctor schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.
