You will oversee physicians and technicians, mentor teams, and own the path from triage to discharge while aligning with VEG’s values and patient-centered care.

You will champion recruitment, scheduling, and compliance across your VEG, with emphasis on mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of traditional 24/7 ER experience and critical case management.
• Leadership skills training and mentorship experience preferred.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with strong odors.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital teams to medical excellence and VEG standards.
• Recruitment planning and candidate experience strategy with the market owner.
• Oversee doctor schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.
