Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Advanced proficiency with practice management software.

• High emotional intelligence and relational awareness.
• Willingness to work in a noisy, odor-heavy environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
