Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency medicine.
Demonstrated leadership ability or interest in leadership development.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients during scheduled clinical shifts.
Responsible for the Emergency doctor team schedule.
Oversee daily operations of the ER department in collaboration with hospital leadership.
Support, mentor and guide emergency clinicians and support staff.
Participate in monthly Department Head meetings and contribute to hospital-wide initiatives.
Assist in developing and implementing departmental protocols, workflows, and quality-of-care standards.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
