Job summary

Nashville Veterinary Specialists, part of Ethos Veterinary Health, seeks an Emergency Services Liaison in Nashville, TN. The role supports ER, ICU, and Critical Care teams, handling client communication, patient coordination, and administrative duties to ensure a smooth hospital experience.

The position is full-time with four 10-hour shifts per week; compensation ranges from $18–$27 per hour plus a $4.50 shift differential for after-hours or weekend shifts. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for ER and Critical Care clients from presentation through discharge and follow-up.
• Assist with obtaining patient histories for ER cases and communicate updates, treatment discussions, financial information, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate ER admissions, discharges, transfers, and ongoing client communication with the medical team.
• Facilitate communication between ER doctors, Veterinary Technicians, and Client Service Representatives to support efficient patient flow.
