AVECCC Emergency Veterinary is part of Ethos Veterinary Health in Gilbert, AZ, seeking an Emergency Veterinary Customer Service Representative. The role offers a full-time mid shift (12p-12a) with a competitive $17.00-$23.00 hourly wage.

You’ll provide exceptional client and patient care while supporting a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities include patient care, client communication, teamwork, and continuing education within a leading emergency veterinary network.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients and their pets.
• Familiarity with common dog and cat breeds.
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology.
• Education, training, or experience in the veterinary field.
