Job Description
A top-tier veterinary specialty and emergency hospital in Redlands, CA, is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Criticalist (DACVECC) to join its dedicated team. With a competitive salary range of $250,000 to $300,000 per year, this role is perfect for a skilled and compassionate Criticalist who values strong client relationships, collaboration with referring veterinarians, and providing excellent patient care. The hospital also partners with local veterinary programs, making it an ideal environment for those who enjoy mentoring and teaching aspiring veterinary professionals.
This busy 24/7 hospital operates in a state-of-the-art 26,000-square-foot facility, designed to support the highest quality of medical care. The facility features advanced diagnostic and treatment tools, including video-endoscopy, two surgical suites, ultrasound, a Spiral CT scanner, digital radiography, and an in-house lab. The ICU is equipped with specialized monitoring equipment, oxygen cages, a Pulmonetic ventilator, and dedicated areas for small dogs, large dogs, and a Fear Free Certified Cat Ward with state-of-the-art enclosures, providing a quiet and calming environment for feline patients.
Additionally, the facility includes two isolation wards and step-down units for critical care, ensuring comprehensive support for patients across various needs. Highly trained and licensed veterinary technicians and assistants provide essential support to the emergency and critical care teams.
