Virginia Veterinary Centers Short Pump is seeking a Dentistry & Ophthalmology Coordinator to elevate client experience and improve treatment plan compliance and fee capture. You will be the go-to contact for dentistry and ophthalmology clients when the medical team is unavailable.
This full-time role offers day shifts, four 10-hour shifts per week, and a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour. You will support CSRs, prepare treatment estimates, schedule visits, and coordinate care with the veterinary team

Our Dentistry & Ophthalmology Coordinator will elevate our department’s client experience and improve upon treatment plan compliance and fee capture. Our Coordinator will be the point of contact for dentistry and Ophthalmology clients when a medical team member is not immediately available.
They are our point of contact for DVMs requesting to speak with our dentist (when Dr. Babbitt is not immediately available) or Ophthalmologist (when Dr. Fuchs is not immediately available).
Our Coordinator will provide Dentistry & Ophthalmology clients with the time and attention they need (which allows the nursing team to focus primarily on patient care).
