Job summary

Briarwood Animal Hospital in Little Rock, AR is seeking a courteous veterinary practice manager to coordinate office administration, inventory, scheduling, and staff training. You will address client questions on policies, appointments, and costs, and work to keep the hospital operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience; veterinary experience preferred.
• CVPM certification preferred or may be considered with equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all office administration procedures.
• Handle ordering, inventory management, and scheduling coordination.
• Train staff and resolve conflicts among office staff.
• Answer pet owners' questions about policies, appointments, and costs.
• Ensure excellent client service and maintain hospital policies.
